Vacancies

The life of the PTA depends on many roles within the PTA.

Trustee roles: the Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer are required for legal reasons and have to submit information to the Government as required with all Charities.
In the nature of the PTA these roles are voluntary, some people stay in post a while and some do shorter times in post.

The PTA is forever changing, with fresh ideas and excellent support from the Teachers and Staff at Jerry Clay Academy!
Would you like a challenge, are the roles similar to your career or do you fancy a change? Give it ago, the next AGM/EGM could be your chance!

The benefits:
-Raising money for things the school wouldn't be able to provide
-Seeing families enjoying themselves at events
-Giving your children a reason to feel proud of you
-Getting to know a wider circle of teachers and families
-Making new friends/great excuse to attend a social occasion without the kids!
-Supporting you to build new skills to strengthen your current career or starting a new one.

Available Positions

We have some exciting roles available for people who want to get more involved with the school PTA but who may not have the time to dedicate to full committee duties!

Full support will be given by the PTA committee and we’ll always be on hand to help should you need it!

If you have an interest in any of these roles or think there’s something else you would love to help with, please contact the pta directly at jerryclaypta@gmail.com

We’d love to hear from you!
